1) How are Pink River Lashes Cruelty Free?
We are proud to say that our eyelashes are animal cruelty free and made with love. We are proud to say that our mink fur is faux and no minks are harmed in the process.
2) What is the difference between synthetic and mink false eyelashes?
Mink is lightweight, comfortable, flexible and have a natural shine, gives a feather like look and can blend effortlessly with your own lashes. They can be curled like real human hair, and can be worn up to 25 times. Mink eyelashes are considered a premium high end product when compared with synthetic ones.
The main difference between synthetic and mink lashes is in the usage amount! Synthetic eyelashes, although cheaper, are flexible, comfortable and easy to apply. Your soft synthetic lashes can be worn up to 15 times with the right love and care.
3) How long does it take to apply Pink River Lashes?
On average, users of false eyelashes take less than 4 minutes to apply the lashes; this includes waiting for the glue to become tacky (we recommend you wait 30 seconds after applying the glue to the lash and then apply them to your eyes) and for the lash to set on your natural lashes. So applying your Pink River Lashes should take you less than 4 minutes! Practice makes perfect!
4) Who can use Pink River eyelashes?
You, you, and you! Everyone and anyone can use them! False lashes are suitable for anyone and are for people of all ages. They can be worn by anyone anywhere (Just not under water).
5) How many styles of lashes are offered at Pink River ?
At Pink River, we currently offer a total of 8 custom designed Mink lashes and 6 custom designed synthetic lashes. Each style we have is designed to achieve a different look for a different occasion that is why they all have their individual name with what a short description of the look that can be achieved with them, with some lashes being more dramatic than others, some with more length than others, etc.
6) What is mink?
Pink River Lashes are created with 100% natural mink fur that has been sterilised to ensure that it is hypo-allergenic. We pride ourselves in our quality this is why we use Mink Fur as we want only the best for our customers. We would like to make clear that NO harm has been done to these amazing animals and we should thank them for their beautiful fur. Unlike synthetic lashes, our 100% natural mink fur is free from any chemical processing and dye which allows for an extremely soft, lightweight, and natural look.

Refunds and returns
Can I get a refund?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How do I get a refund?
If you decide to ask for a refund you must contact us first at Info@pinkriverlondon.co.uk requesting a refund on your product. As we take customer service very seriously, you will receive an email response within 24 hours.
What is the return period?
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Please email us at Info@pinkriverlondon.co.uk and then we will arrange for you to send your unwanted item back to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
How do I make an exchange?
If you would like to make an exchange please proceed as if it were a refund (see above) and place a new order on our shop page.
You are responsible for all shipping costs for returned items. We strongly recommend that you also obtain a tracking number from your courier as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit. It is absolutely necessary that you email us requesting a refund or exchange first.
